Coaching & Conflict Resolution
Team coaching strengthens productivity, promotes positive work relationships
and addresses underlying conflicts that undermine company goals.
Through skill-building workshops, experiential activities and skillful
facilitated meetings, I design engagements for your organization’s
needs to strengthen trust, build relationships, open communication, and
resolve conflict to enable employees at all levels to work more effectively
together. My approach is practical with a measurable Return on Investment
(ROI) that will make a difference to the team on a daily basis.

My Approach
While each team is unique, my approach typically involves an assessment
phase with interviews or a data-driven Team Diagnostic Assessment. This
Assessment delivers a comprehensive team profile that highlights strengths
and opportunities, based on a customized assessment for a quantitative

The assessment specifically identifies where the team is strong and where
it must be stronger.
After the assessment phase, I guide the team through an experience with
actionable benchmarks to make substantive, sustainable changes over an
extended period (usually six-months). What is distinctive about my approach
is that I look at the team as an organism with its own unique team dynamics,
rather than merely a group of individuals working together. At the
end of this period, if appropriate, the Team Diagnostic Assessment is
administered again and the results are compared to the original baseline.
